Today, David started working at a new job

Since retiring from the Navy 2.5 years ago he has been a stay-at-home dad, driving the kids to school and appointments and activities;

 Cooking our suppers, making lunches,
 and stocking the pantry.

While I have been busy working

(do you know how hard it was to find a woman NOT smiling at her computer?)

  and going to school.

(or as David likes to say, doing nothing)

 Now we are faced, once again, with the real world.  I'm going to miss coming home to dinner on the stove and knowing that the kids have someone to take care of them when I'm busy at work but the pride and excitement in David's eyes this morning will make up for all I think I'll miss.
(as will the money in the bank!)

Knock 'em dead D've!
