I heard on the way to work this morning was on CBC's Information Morning.  

At least once a day something I hear or read or see makes my eyes pop open a little bit wider (similar to Oprah's "ah-ha moments") and something suddenly clicks into place; I get an answer to a question I didn't even know I was asking. 

This morning, Don and Louise spoke with three "Lobbyists in Nova Scotia" (listen to the whole podcast).  One said "I simply understand how government works".  That's it!  That is how you are able to get things done.  I challenge you to learn how things work where you work.  Learn the path of least resistance and get things done!
